From an early age I have been interested in my ancestors. Keeping track of all of them seemed to be something that I would set my mind to at some point in my life. With my first computer I began to develop genealogy software. When I acquired a Macintosh I chose HyperCard to develop my software. I now use Runtime Revolution. Over the years the software has grown in capability.

As my ancestor database grew my contacts with others interested in the Wenger family led to the suggestion that I do a Wenger family book. A record of the descendants of the three sons of Hans and Hannah Wenger, immigrants from Switzerland to Pennsylvania in 1748 and 1749, is available on CD in PDF.

With contributions from many others my database is now over 394,000 names and still growing. The database is available via the web at

www.wengersundial.com/wengerfamily and at www.omii.org
